防止丝圈重叠的探讨

摘要: 在锭子传动筒子的卷绕机构中,如果产生丝圈重叠现象,将使筒子表面的丝圈分布不均匀,筒子退解时会造成断头或乱丝,因此必须避免产生丝圈重叠。防叠的方法从原理上看可分为轴向防叠与周向防叠。为了防止丝圈重叠,有的设备同时采用这2种防叠方法,不但使机构变得复杂,而且防叠效果也相互抵消了,显然这是不合理的。以B101卷纬机为例,通过计算说明,只要防叠小数设计合理,仅采用周向防叠,就能既简化机构,又有良好的防叠效果。

Abstract: In the process of winding,if silk-loop overlapping occurs,the distribution of silk-loop on the bobbin will be uneven,which will result in breakage or entanglement of silk yarn during unwinding.So the phenomena must be avoided.In principle,overlap prevention methods can be classified by the axial and circumferential.In order to prevent silk-loop overlapping,on some equipments the two methods are used simultaneously,making the outfit more complicated but offsetting the overlap prevention effect.Obviously,it is unreasonable.Taking the cop winder of B101 as an example,it has proven by computation that so long as the decimal fraction reasonable,only adopting the circumferential method can achieve good effect of overlap prevention and simplification of the outfit.
