摘要: 论述了以丙二醇为引发剂,用环氧乙烷(EO)、环氧丙烷(PO)合成无规聚醚的方法,讨论了聚醚结构与性能的关系。用该类聚醚配制成锦纶66纺丝油剂,对油剂的可纺性能进行了测定。实验结果表明,用RP04和RP09配成的油剂具有良好的平滑性、耐热性及润湿性,能够满足锦纶66纺丝油剂的需要。

Abstract: A random polyether was synthesized from ethylene oxide(EO) and propylene oxide(PO) using(1,2-)propanediol as initiator,and the influences of chain structure on the properties of the polyether were discussed.Nylon 66 spinning finish was prepared with the polyether and its spinnability was tested.The results show that the spinning finish made from RP04 and RP09 has excellent gliding property,thermal stability and wettability,and can satisfy the requirements of nylon 66 spinning finish.
