数码提花双面像景织物的设计与开发

摘要: 为了设计和开发一种全新的数码提花双面像景织物,在原有数码提花单面像景织物设计基础上,引入了贾卡梳栉编织结构的概念,建立了计算机织物组织自动识别系统,提出了数码提花双面像景织物设计原理和生产技术要点并用于指导生产。实践证明,应用计算机控制将两幅不同图案的数码提花像景单面织物结构合成、生产,成功地设计开发了一种全新的具有完整图案、色彩丰富、层次细腻的数码提花双面像景织物。

Abstract: To design and develop a novel digital double-faced jacquard fabric with different photographic patterns on face and back,the concept of weave structure of jacquard shuttle knitting was induced on the basis of single-faced jacquard fabric with photographic pattern designed by digital technology,and an auto-recognizing system of the fabric tissue by computer was also utilized.The design principle and the key points of the production technique were offered and applied to the practical production.This fabric was produced by means of computeraided synthesis of two single-faced jacquard fabrics with different photograph patterns.Practice has proved that a novel digital double-faced jacquard fabric with different photographic patterns on face and back has been successfully developed,which has intact pattern,rich colors and fine arrangement.
