摘要:

为促进我国化学防护服技术和产品质量的提升,科学指导GB 24539—2009《防护服装 化学防护服通用技术要求》的修订,结合国际标准化组织(ISO)在化学防护服标准研究中的最新动态,分析和比较了目前我国化学防护服通用标准与ISO标准在化学防护服的分类及关键技术指标上的差异。同时,结合欧洲标准化委员会在化学防护服标准等的更新情况,重点从标准的技术要求和核心测试评价方法,如化学物质渗透性能测试、服装面料的耐磨损及耐屈挠性能测试等多角度,对未来我国化学防护服标准的修订方向和热点问题进行了深入讨论,以期对我国正在进行的国家标准修订工作提供科学的技术参考。

Abstract:

In order to promote the improvement of chemical protective clothing technology and product quality, scientifically guide the revision of GB 24539—2009 《protective clothing-performance requirements of chemical protective clothing》 for chemical protective clothing, together with the latest development trends of chemical protective clothing standards by International Organization of Standardization(ISO), the differences between the national standard and the ISO standard were analyzed. Meanwhile, in conjunction with the update of the European Standardization Committee in the EN standards of chemical protective clothing, focusing on the technical requirements of the standards and the core test and evaluation methods including chemical permeation performance, wear resistance and flexibility testing of clothing fabrics, the in-depth discussion on the revision direction and hot issues of the future chemical protective clothing standards in China was discussed, providing scientific technical support for the ongoing revision of standard in China.
