摘要: 简介混溶性的基本概念以及浆料对纤维的粘合作用 ,根据粘合的破坏形式 ,探讨纤维间的浆料粘结层的形态结构对其力学性能的影响 ,从理论上分析浆料组分间的混溶性与粘着性能之间的内在联系。结果表明 ,如果浆料组分间的混溶性过差 ,浆料共混物将很难具备良好的粘着性能 ;反之 ,则有助于改善它对纤维的粘着性能。

Abstract: The basic concept of size compatibility a nd the adhesion role of sizes to fibers in warp yarns are introduced.In accordan ce with the damage manner of adhesion joint, the influences of morphological stru c ture of the adhesion layer formed among fibers in sized warp yarns upon the mech anical properties of sizes blends are discussed.The correlation be tween the compatibility and adhesive capacity of sizes is surveyed .It is concluded that the size blends will not show good adhesive capactiy when the compatibility of size components is too low.On the contrary,improvement on the compatibility of warp s izes certainly favors the adhesive capacity.
