摘要: 对壳聚糖纤维的成型机理及条件进行了研究 ,发现壳聚糖纺丝原液以壳聚糖的质量分数为 3.5% ,乙酸的质量分数为 2% ,脲素的质量分数为 1% ,甘油的用量为壳聚糖质量的 0.5倍为宜。凝固浴以双组分及三组分效果较好。较佳的纺丝条件 :喷丝头拉伸率 - 68% ,塑化拉伸率 22% ,水洗拉伸率 9% ,塑化拉伸温度以 60℃、水洗拉伸温度以 80℃、纤维水洗温度以 55℃为宜。

Abstract: Experiments were carried out to study the molding mechanics and optimal conditions of the forming of chitosan fiber. And it was found out that the sound contents of chitosan, acetic acid and carbamide in the chitosan spinning dope should be 3 5 wt%,2 wt% and 1 wt%,respectively, and the glycerine 0 5 times of chitosan. Compound coagulating bath of bicomponent or tricomponent were found having better molding effect. The suitable spinning conditions were obtained:spinneret draft factor -68%, plasticization drawing factor 22%,water bath drawing 9%,these drawing baths' temperatures were respectively 60 ℃ and 80 ℃,fiber was washed in the water of 55 ℃.
