摘要: 提出一种检测棉纤维长度根数分布的新测试方法。将棉纤维样品梳理成一端平齐,另一端沿长度方向均匀、顺直的纤维束,用纤维切断器将纤维束切割成一定长度的纤维粉末,经撒布器将不同区域的纤维粉末撒布在分区板上,利用扫描仪等图像处理设备将分区板上的纤维粉末图像传送到电脑中,经图像分析处理计算出纤维粉末根数,然后计算出不同长度的纤维根数,进而可以得到纤维束中的最大长度根数、根数平均长度、纤维长度根数分布标准差等各项指标。

Abstract: In this paper , a novel method was introduced to test the fiber number2length distribution of cotton
fibers. The sample fibers were combed into a bundle one end flat and the other end uniform and straight along
the fiber length direction , then , the bundle was cut into fiber particles with specific length by a fiber
amputator , and the particles from different area of the fibers were distributed on a grading board , after that ,
the images of the fiber particles on the board were taken and transferred into a computer by a scanner and other
image analysis equipments. Image analysis arithmetic was used to calculate the number of the particles and
figure out the fiber number at different fiber length area , then , different values such as maximumfiber length ,
mean length based on the number of fibers and standard deviation of fiber number2length distribution were
worked out .
