摘要: 为较全面了解复合材料主要成型工艺参数对其力学性能的影响,采用正交试验法、方差分析法和层次分析法对可降解PLAP黄麻多层复合材料成型结构设计和工艺参数进行研究,探讨了6 个主要因素如纤维的配比、材料的层数、铺向角以及成型温度、压强、时间等工艺参数对复合材料力学性能的影响程度和显著性。结果表明,成型温度、铺向角和PLA 与黄麻纤维的配比对复合材料的力学性能影响显著,材料的层数和成型时间对力学性能的部分指标有影响,而成型压强对力学性能指标几乎没有影响,并给出复合材料的最佳成型工艺条件。

Abstract: Orthogonal test , variance analysis and analytic hierarchy process were used to analyze the
construction and process parameters of biodegradable PLAPj ute multi2layer composites with a view to
understanding the effect of process parameters on their mechanical properties. Six main factors such as
proportion of PLAPj ute fiber , layers of the composite , jute fiber direction , heating temperature , pressure and
time , were studied. The results showed that heating temperature , jute fiber direction and proportion of PLAP
jute fiber have notable effect on mechanical prperties. Layers and heating time have effect on some items , and
pressure has little effect . The optimum process parameters are suggested.
