摘要: 以亚磷酸三甲酯和对氯氯苄为原料,通过Arbuzov重排反应制得了对氯苄基磷酸酯。考察了反应温度、亚磷酸三甲酯与对氯氯苄的投料比、反应时间和加料方式等因素对对氯苄基磷酸酯收率的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为162℃,亚磷酸三甲酯与对氯氯苄的投料比为1.2,反应时间为6 h时,对氯苄基磷酸酯收率为90.8%。

Abstract: p-chlorobenzyl phosphate was synthesized from trimethyl phosphite and 4-chlorobenzyle chloride by Arbuzov rearrangement reaction.The influence of reaction temperature,the molar ratio of trimethyl phosphite to 4-chlorobenzyl chloride,reaction time and feeding mode on the yield of p-chlorobenzyl phosphate was investigated.The result showed that the yield of p-chlorobenzyl phosphate reaches 90.8% when the molar ratio of trimethyl phosphite to 4-chlorobenzyle chloride is 1.2,reacting at 162℃ for 6 hours.
