摘要: 在分析大豆蛋白复合纤维织物起毛起球机制及其影响因素的基础上,介绍了一种能改善大豆蛋白复合纤维织物抗起毛起球性能的方法,即采用不同比例的低熔点纤维与大豆蛋白复合纤维混纺,对不同比例的大豆蛋白复合纤维/低熔点纤维混纺织物进行热处理,并对处理后的织物进行抗起毛起球性能及手感测试。通过实验得出,低熔点纤维含量为10%,热处理温度为112℃,热压处理5 min时,混纺织物抗起毛起球的效果最佳且对织物手感影响不大。

Abstract: After analyzing the mechanism of pilling of soybean protein fiber fabric and the factors affecting it,a new method for improving the pilling tendency is put forward,which involves blending the low melting point fiber with soybean protein fiber at different proportions and heat treatment of the blended fabric.After treatment,the pilling property and hand feeling of the blended fabric are tested.The experiment results show that when the content of low melting point fiber is 10% and heat treating is performed at(112 ℃) for 5 minutes,the blended fabric has the best pilling resistant property with little influence on fabric handle.
