摘要: 为简化纱罗组织的设计,通过深入分析纱罗组织的形成原理,将纱罗组织的上机图分为组织图、绞综图、地综图、绞纹板图和地纹板图5个部分。借助矩阵的原理,将上述5个部分转化为对应的组织矩阵。根据这5个组织矩阵之间的相互关系,建立相应的矩阵转换关系,并对各组织矩阵关系进行综合分析,提出纱罗组织的数学模型。最后利用VB.net编程系统验证了数学模型的正确性,为纱罗组织CAD辅助设计系统的实现提供了理论参考。

Abstract: In order to shorten the design of leno weave, this paper put forward a mathematic model for leno weaves. By analyzing the principle of leno weave, the threading chart can be divided into five sectors, weave diagram, leno lifting plan, common lifting plan, leno chain draft, and common chain draft. Using the matrix principle, we can abstract the weave matrix from the leno weave. According to the relationship of five sectors, we can put forward a mathematical model for leno weave. Finally we use the VB.net project system to prove the exactitude of the mathematical model. The mathematical model will be a basic theory for the CAD system of leno weave.
