摘要:

在分析人体正常步态的基础上,研制了裤装耗能测试系统。该测试系统采用直流电动机驱动,偏心轮摆杆机构带动拟人腿部模拟人体正常步态,用PCI2300数据采集卡采集实验数据,利用空载和负载状态下电流累计总功差值表征裤装耗能的大小。介绍了该系统各部分的组成和工作原理,并根据运动部分构造得到其拟人双腿的行走范围是±34.8°,同时给出仪器的操作步骤和裤装耗能的计算方法。最后通过对该系统进行实际应用,证明该系统能有效测量裤装的耗能。

Abstract:

This paper develops an energy consumption testing system for shorts based on the normal walk state. The DC motor is selected as power in this system, eccentric wheel swing bar drives the simulated legs for walking, and data acquisition card of PCI2300 is used to collect data. In this way, the energy consumed by shorts can be obtained according to energy difference between loading sate and unloading state. This article also introduces conformation and working mechanism of every unit, obtains the range of walking is ±34.8°from the structure of walking unit. At the same time, the operational procedures and energy consumption formulation were given. The experimental results show that the developed testing system is workable for energy consumption measurement through using it.
