摘要: 针对高速喷气织机对电气控制系统通讯实时性、可靠性的要求,设计一种基于CAN总线的喷气织机控制系统。控制系统采用模块化设计思想,由主控制器模块、电子送经/卷取模块、人机界面模块和一些传感器组成,各功能模块采用带CAN通讯接口的芯片,使得各功能模块成为CAN网络上的一个节点,通过CAN网络与其他模块进行数据交换,实现快速、可靠的控制。经运行调试证明,该控制系统能达到高速喷气织机的控制要求,运行稳定,具有较好的可维护性。

Abstract: A control system based on CAN bus was designed to meet the real-time,reliable performance requirement of the high speed air-jet weaving machine.Modularization design idea is adopted.The control system consists of the main controller module, the electronic let-off/take-up module, human-machine interface module and a number of sensor components. Chips having CAN communication interface become cores of these modules.It makes the functional module be a CAN node in the CAN network.And the modules exchange data by CAN network.The result of the control system running indicated that it could meet the high speed requirement, and realize fast, reliable control, and easy maintainability.
