基于意匠图的机织物组织自动分析

摘要:

为从织物意匠图中识别出基本组织,提出基于自相关函数和Su系数2种方法,完成织物意匠图中经纱和纬纱方向的周期提取,并依此获得机织物组织图。通过比较2种方法的可操作性和计算复杂度,选定基于Su系数的方法完成从机织物意匠图到机织物组织的识别。在识别过程中,分别计算意匠图中经纱和纬纱方向的Su系数,并结合Su系数的计算结果完成经纬方向周期的提取,并依此获得最终的织物组织。机织物意匠图识别实例证明所提出的方法是有效的。

Abstract:

For identification of the basic weaves of the fabric from its notation, two methods based on auto-correlation function and Su index are proposed to extract the repeats in warp and weft directions of the notation to obtain the fabric weave diagram. By comparing the effectiveness and computational complexity of the two methods, Su index method is selected for recognizing the weave of the fabric from its weave diagram. During the recognition, the Su indices in warp and weft directions are calculated respectively. The repeats of warps and wefts can be achieved from the calculated results of Su indices and the woven fabric weave can be finally obtained. Actual examples proved that this identification method is effective.
