桑蚕丝织物酸性染料清洁染色工艺

Clean dyeing of silk fabrics with acid dyes

摘要:

为改善酸性染料对桑蚕丝织物的染色性能,实现酸性染料低温、中性染色,实验室合成了阳离子改性剂3-(三甲氧基硅烷基)丙基十二烷基二甲基氯化铵(HSQA),并将它应用于桑蚕丝织物改性。优化了酸性染料在改性桑蚕丝上的染色工艺,探讨了染浴pH值、硫酸钠质量浓度、染色温度、染色时间对织物K/S值的影响;比较了织物改性前后染色牢度、匀染性、透染性及染料节约量等性能;探讨了酸性橙7在桑蚕丝织物上的吸附等温线类型。研究发现:改性织物可在中性、低温(70℃)条件下用酸性染料染色;织物匀染性、透染性良好,水洗牢度提高,染料利用率提高;C.I.酸性橙7在改性织物上的吸附等温线符合朗格缪尔模型。

Abstract:

Bombyx mori silk fabrics were chemically modified by a self-prepared novel modifying agent [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, HSQA] in order to improve the dyeability of acid dyers on silk fabrics and realize low temperature and neutral dyeing. The dyeing techniques were optimized, and the effect of pH values of dye bath, NaSO4 concentration, temperature and time on K/S values of the fabric was investigated. The properties of color fastness, levelling, saved dye quantity of the fabric before and after modification were compared. Adsorption isotherms of C. I. Acid Orange 7 on the treated silk were discussed. It was found that better color shades, good washing fastness and saving of dyes were achieved after silk cationization with HSQA, and it was possible to dye silk in neutral condition at 70℃. Furthermore, adsorption isotherms of C.I. Acid Orange 7 on the treated silk were in accord with Langmuir type.
