摘要:

针对间歇式染色难以直接使用仪器测量染色过程中针织物颜色的问题,提出通过测量染液中染料的上染率来预测针织物颜色的新方法。该方法基于染色理论和计算机测配色理论,应用机制建模与经验建模相结合的方法,建立染色过程织物表面反射率与染料上染率、初始浓度的数学模型,结合三刺激值公式,设计间歇式染色过程中针织物颜色预测算法。以3种活性染料上染纯棉织物为实例,验证了该颜色预测算法的有效性。

Abstract:

Since it is difficult to directly measure the color of knitted fabric during batch dyeing, this paper proposed a new color prediction method by measuring the dye-uptake rate from the dye bath. Based on dyeing principle and computer color measuring and color matching, this method used mechanism modeling in combination with experiential modeling and developed a math model of fiber’s surface reflectance during dyeing, dye uptake rate and initial concentration of the dye. An algorithm for color prediction of knitted fabric during batch dyeing was thus worked out combining the tri-stimulus value formula. This algorithm for color prediction was verified by dyeing pure cotton fabrics with three reactive dyes as examples.
