混合多元醇水性聚氨酯的合成与性能

摘要:

采用六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI),聚酯多元醇(PBA),聚醚多元醇(PPG),二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,制得各种聚酯聚醚混合型水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了PBA/PPG配比、相对分子质量对水性聚氨酯乳液性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着软段中聚酯组分含量的增加,涂膜的拉伸强度有增加的趋势,软段为纯聚醚和纯聚酯的聚氨酯膜表现出较好的伸长率;随着软段相对分子质量的增加,聚醚型聚氨酯膜的拉伸强度减小,聚酯型聚氨酯膜的拉伸强度增加。

Abstract:

A series of polyether-polyester mixed waterborne polyurethane(WPU) dispersions was synthesized from hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI), poly 1,4-butylene adipate (PBA), polypropylene oxide glycol(PPG), dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA). The effects of the polyester/polyether ratio and molecular weight on the properties of waterborne polyurethane emulsion and mechanical properties were discussed. Results indicated that with the increase of polyester content in the soft segment, the strength of polyurethane film increases, and polyurethane film with the soft segment containing pure polyester or polyether exhibits better elongation ratio. The tensile strength of polyether polyurethane film decreases as the molecular weight of soft segments increase, but the tensile strength of polyester polyurethane film increases.
