摘要:

针对服装市场和营销方式的变化,设计了能够适用于服装零售市场电子营销的智能型信息交互系统。介绍了系统各个基础模块的组成和系统的运作流程。为了满足服装个性化网络营销的需求,系统包括了产品推荐、销售对话、客户跟踪等服务模块。在各模块的程序设计中,应用了智能体技术,以提升现有服装网络销售运行过程。该系统能够较好地配合服装的新型销售模式,实时快速地对产品进行推荐,也能够收集客户反馈信息,组织动态的销售模式。系统还具备在网络上开拓个人客户市场的功能。

Abstract: An interactive system for E-retail is designed to meet the requirements of fashion marketing development. The infrastructure and prototype implementation of this system are presented and analyzed. The interactive system is composed of three fundamental modules: recommendation, negotiation and feedback, and is applicable for fashion E-retail. Agent technique is applied on the process of interaction for rapid respondence in this system. To provide the personalized internet service, the system can not only generate real-time recommendation according to the characters of customers, but also collect feedback information and make the dynamic adaptation of customer profiles based on behavioral data and domain knowledge models. This approach is domain-independent and applicable for a wide-variety personalized market of fashion E-retail.
