彩色棉机织物生物酶处理工艺及性能

摘要: 在一定的工艺参数下用果胶酶处理天然彩色棉机织物后 ,再通过正交实验用纤维素酶进行处理 ,得出纤维素酶处理的优化工艺参数 ;从对果胶酶和纤维素酶处理彩色棉织物前后性能的对比分析发现 :优化工艺下的织物毛效值会显著增大 ,基本上可达到碱处理的效果 ,并能有效去除布面杂质和改善织物柔软性能。

Abstract: After the colored cotton woven fabric was treated with pectinases at some condition,the optimum technological parameter of cellulases treatment process was determined through the orthogonal experiment.Based on a comparative analysis of properties of the fabric treated with enzyme,it was found that the wicking performance was obviously enhanced after treatment at the optimum technological condition,and it got to the effect of traditional scouring treatment.And the treatment gets rid of the impurity covered on the surface of the cloth effectively,and increases it's soft performance.
