摘要: 介绍了牛奶再生蛋白质纤维的性能和sirofil纺的工艺特点 ,结合生产实践 ,就牛奶纤维sirofil纺针织纱的主要工艺参数进行了试验 ,主要分析了细纱工序影响牛奶纤维 /粘胶长丝混纺针织纱质量的因素 ,为提高牛奶纤维/粘胶长丝混纺针织纱质量和进一步开发新产品提供参考依据。

Abstract: The basic performances of milk regenerated protein fiber and the characteristics of sirofil spinning processes were introduced. According to practice in spinning process,some experiments on the primary processing parameters of the milk sirofil spinning yarn were carried out,and the influences of spinning factors on blended knitting yarn quality of milk regenerated protein fiber/VFR was analysed by the spinning processing.The results can be used as a reference data for improving the quality of blended milk regenerated protein fibers and developing the new products further.
