摘要: 按照湿润织物的特性及相关标准,提出利用图像处理技术和计算机平台的方法对织物的防水性能进行自动识别。首先对湿润织物进行图像分析,然后采用Canny边缘检测技术,同时把Otsu算法应用到Canny算子中,实现其在织物防水性能自动识别中的自适应性,并在处理速度和参数的选择方面进行改进。其次利用数学形态学的方法进行进一步的后处理,准确地提取织物湿润部分的封闭边缘。

Abstract: This paper proposed an algorithm of automatic detection of fabric waterproof performance using image process and computer technology according to the properties of wet fabric and related standards.First,the image of the wet fabric was analyzed,and then,Canny operator and Otsu algorithm were used in detection of the fabric edge,its self-adaptiveness in the automatic detection of fabric waterproof performance was realized and its processing rate and choice of parameters were improved.Furthermore,morphological arithmetic process was used to get the closed edge of the wet fabric.
