摘要: 为了达到聚酯纤维的酸性可染,实现混纺织物同浴染色,降低成本,提高染色质量,以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)与三胺类化合物通过缩聚反应合成了一种新型的聚酰胺作为酸性染料可染聚酯添加剂;合成的聚酰胺与PTT及离聚物聚乙基甲基丙烯酸锌共混纺丝,对纤维的力学性能、结晶性能等进行测试与表征,利用酸性染料对纤维进行常压染色。结果表明:共混体系相容性较好,添加剂分布趋向均匀,可纺性及纤维性能优良,酸性染料上染率可达65%以上。

Abstract: In order to consummate the acid-dyeable polyester(PTT) fibers,realize one-bath dyeing blended fabric,reduce cost,and ensure the dyeing quality of PTT fabrics,a novel polyamide was obtained through polymerization by dimethyl terephthalate(DMT) and triamine used as an additive to improve the acid-dyeable ability of the polyester.The effects of the additive on the mechanical properties and crystallization of the modified PTT fiber were studied. The dyeing test was conducted with acid dyes,at the same time the dyeing mechanism and conditions were also discussed.The results showed that the compatibility of the blends was good,the particles of additive were fully dispersed,the mechanical properties and crystallization of the modified PTT fibers were also good,the maximum dye-uptake of the acid dyeing on PTT fibers was over 65%.
