摘要: 对永磁无刷直流电机的换相转矩脉动的产生机制进行了分析,主要从理论上探讨了换相引起的转矩脉动与电机绕组的参数、换相期间的三相反电动势、电机的运行速度及母线直流电压等之间的关系。根据缝纫机控制器的特点,具体分析了缝纫机停机过程的换相转矩脉动情况。依据实际情况,提出利用重叠换相抑制转矩脉动,并引入电流预测控制技术。最后给出了实验波形,实验结果表明,在换相点附近,相电流得到了良好的补偿,实现了平滑换相,取得了满意的效果。

Abstract: This paper discusses the principle of the torque ripple of BLDCM with focuses on the theoretical analysis of the relationships between torque ripple and parameters of windings,motor speed and bus voltage,as well as 3-phase reverse electrodynamic potential during phase converting.Then,a BLDCM drive system used in industrial sewing machine is studied and stop precision of the system is analyzed in detail.Furthermore,a novel predictive current control method of BLDCM is introduced in this paper to minimize torque ripple of the system,which combines the traditional overlap method with the periodicity sampling current control method.The experimental results are presented in the end,which indicate that the better performance of phase current control is obtained during commutation.
