摘要: 通过测试经各种纳米金属氧化物整理后织物的表面形貌、紫外线透过率、紫外线防护系数、耐洗性、透气性、刚柔性等指标,研究了各种纳米抗紫外金属氧化物的分散技术及其在纤维素织物上的固着整理工艺。结果表明,聚合物包覆法可均匀分散ZnO纳米材料,采用浸轧法整理织物后,可大大提高纤维素稀薄织物的紫外线屏蔽能力,并具有很好的耐洗性。

Abstract: The surface morphology,transmittance of ultraviolet radiation,UPF,washing fastness,air permeability and bending stiffness of cellulose fabrics finished with various kinds of nano-metal-oxide were tested,and the dispersing and fixation of anti-UV nano-metal oxides on cellulose fabrics were investigated. The experiment results show that polymer capsulation can make nano ZnO evenly dispersed.The loose woven thin cellulose fabric treated with nano ZnO by padding has enhanced ultraviolet resistant property and durable washing fastness.
