摘要: 为了研究纳米TiO2系抗菌剂整理织物的抗菌效果,探讨经4种掺杂型纳米TiO2(TiO2-SiO2,ZnO-TiO2,Cu-TiO2和Ag-TiO2)整理后织物的抗菌情况,并在有紫外光的条件下从动力学的角度评价它们的抗菌效果。结果表明:在紫外光照射下4种抗菌织物的抑菌率都达到100%;抗菌织物杀灭细菌的反应为一级反应,且光催化杀菌反应符合Langmuir-Hinshel-wood动力学方程;速率常数k最大的是用ZnO-TiO2整理后的抗菌织物,其值为2.185 min-1。

Abstract: To investigate the antibacterial effect of fabrics treated by nano-TiO_2,the antibacterial property of fabrics treated with four kinds of doped nanoTiO_2 particles,i.e.,TiO_2-SiO_2、ZnO-TiO_2、Cu-TiO_2 and Ag-TiO_2 respectively was studied and evaluated from the viewpoint of kinetics under the condition of ultraviolet light.The results show that the bacterial inhibition rate of all the fabrics treated by the above 4 kinds nano-TiO_2 particles have reached 100% under ultraviolet light,kinetics studies show that the reaction is the first-order kinetics model,and the bactericidal reactions were in accordance with Langmuir-Himshelwood equation well;the fabrics treated by ZnO-TiO_2 has the highest antibacterial reaction rate:(2.185 min~(-1)).
