摘要: 为探讨梳针分梳板对生条中纤维长度的影响,用AFIS单纤维测试仪,对在梳棉机刺辊下分别加装梳针分梳板和锯齿分梳板时在不同分梳板隔距、刺辊转速、道夫转速条件下所加工的生条进行长度检测。实验结果显示:与锯齿分梳板相比,梳针分梳板分梳效果更柔和,总体上更有利于减少纤维的损伤(尤其是在小隔距的条件下);与加装小漏底相比,总体上刺辊下加装分梳板有利于生条中纤维长度分布的改善。

Abstract: To discuss the effect of pin carding plate on fiber length distribution in the card slivers,length tests to the card slivers under different carding plate gauge,taker-in speed and doffer speed using pin carding plate and saw-tooth carding plate under the card taker-in by USTER AFIS single fiber tester were done.The results show that compared with saw-tooth carding plate,carding action of pin carding plate is more gentle,which is favorable to reducing fiber damage as a whole,especially when the gauge is small.Compared with installing taker-in grid,the taker-in installed carding plate is favorable to improving fiber length distribution in the card sliver as a whole.
