摘要: 甲壳胺纤维与乙酸酐反应时,通过控制乙酸酐与甲壳胺纤维之间的比例,可以得到不同乙酰度的甲壳胺纤维。研究用乙酸酐改性后甲壳胺纤维及医用敷料的吸湿性能、抗菌性能和拉伸强度。实验结果表明:甲壳胺的乙酰度对敷料的性能有明显的影响;部分乙酰化后的甲壳胺纤维在与水接触后可以把大量的水分吸收进纤维中,使部分乙酰化医用敷料的吸湿性能比未处理的医用敷料有明显的改善;部分乙酰化样品的湿强度和抗菌性能比未处理的样品有所下降。

Abstract: Chitosan fibers with different degrees of acetylation can be prepared by controlling the ratio between acetic anhydride and the fiber.This paper studied the absorption and antimicrobial properties as well as the tensile strength of the acetylated chitosan fibers and wound dressings thereof.The results showed that the properties of chitosan wound dressings were affected by the degree of acetylation.The partially acetylated chitosan fibers can absorb a large quantity of water into the fiber structure when in contact with water,making the partially acetylated chitosan dressing more absorbent than the original dressing.The wet strength and the antimicrobial properties of the partially acetylated samples were poorer than the original untreated samples.
