热处理对玉米纤维力学性能的影响

摘要: 对玉米纤维进行不同方式的热处理实验,得出了热处理温度和热处理时间对断裂强度、断裂伸长、初始模量、断裂功的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着热处理温度的提高,玉米纤维的断裂强度逐渐下降,断裂伸长率呈现逐渐上升的趋势;随着热处理温度和时间的增加,玉米纤维的初始模量逐渐下降;在温度不超过130℃时,温度对玉米纤维的力学性能影响不大,但在高温处理时力学性能显著变差,温度和时间对力学性均有影响,热处理时间超过20 min,力学性能显著变差。

Abstract: The PLA fibers were subjected to various heat treatments.The impact of temperature and duration of heat treatment on the breaking strength,elongation at break,initial modulus and work to break of the fibers was investigated.The results indicate that as the temperature increases,the breaking strength of the fibers gradually decreases and the elongation at break increases.As the temperature and duration increase,the initial modulus decreases.When the temperature is above 130℃or duration over 20 minutes,the treatment will result in significant degradation of the mechanical properties the PLA fibers.
