摘要: 通过分析电脑横机整机控制系统的结构和功能,构建以ARM微处理器S3C2410和协处理器FPGA为中心的硬件平台、基于Linux的嵌入式横机控制系统,利用GPIO驱动程序实现S3C2410和FPGA之间的通讯,编织控制程序可完成从读入花型数据到编织出图案的整个过程。基于Qt/E设计出的图形用户界面可提供简单、快捷、友好的人机界面。与传统电脑横机控制系统相比,该电脑横机控制系统设计合理,集成度高,可移植性强。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of construction and function of the control system of the computerized flat knitting machine,the paper proposes a design of an embedded control system based on ARM microprocessor,FPGA and Linux for the flat knitting machine.GPIO driver program provides the communication service between S3C2410 and EPGA,and knitting control program completes the whole process from the input of knitting file to the output of floriated pattern.GUI which is designed based on Qt/E provides us a brief and friendly interface.Compared with the traditional control systems,the developed system is characterized by proper design,high integration and easy transplantation.
