亚麻纤维在脱胶过程中形态结构的变化

摘要: 利用扫描电子显微镜研究温水浸渍法脱胶和酶法脱胶过程中亚麻纤维表面形态的变化情况。结果表明:使用这2种方法进行脱胶,纤维表面在脱胶过程中基本上都没有受到大的损伤,最后得到的纤维在表面形态上也无大的差别。采用X射线衍射法研究温水浸渍法脱胶和酶法脱胶过程中亚麻纤维结晶度、取向度的变化情况。结果表明:无论是温水浸渍法脱胶还是酶法脱胶,亚麻纤维的结晶度在脱胶过程中经过一系列的变化,最后都有一定程度的提高,而亚麻纤维的取向度在脱胶过程中自始至终都无明显变化。

Abstract: The surface morphologies of flax fiber during retting of nature fermentation and enzyme-retting period were studied by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that surface morphologies of flax fiber were not damaged obviously in those retting methods,and obvious differences of surface morphologies of final flax fibers obtained from nature fermentation retting and enzyme-retting were not observed.X-ray diffraction techniques were used to measure the degree of crystallinity and the orientation of flax fiber during retting.The findings showed that the crystallinity of flax fiber increased in a certain degree and the orientation had no significant change after both retting techniques.
