纤维集合体吸湿及导湿性能的计算机模拟

摘要: 在研究纤维集合体吸湿和导湿机制的基础上,明确了纤维集合体吸湿导湿性能的影响因素,并建立纤维集合体吸导湿数学模型。利用Visual C++编程软件开发了一套纤维随机排列模拟软件,借助计算机模拟技术,以聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)纤维为例,研究了不同线密度纤维集合体的吸导湿性能。模拟结果表明:纤维细旦化有利于纤维集合体吸湿保水性能的提高,但当PTT单纤维线密度达到0.36 dtex时,其纤维集合体吸湿保水性能达到极限,纤维进一步细化反而无益于改进其吸湿保水性能;另一方面,纤维集合体的导湿快干性能会随着纤维的细化而持续下降。

Abstract: In this paper,the factors of moisture absorption and moisture permeability of fiber assembly were defined according to its mechanism.And a model was stated.With the original simulator named Shape-Ganerator(SG) which was compiled by Visual C++,the moisture absorption and moisture permeability of PTT fiber assembly with different linear density was simulated on computer.The result of simulation indicates that moisture absorption of PTT fiber assembly was improved along with fining of fibers till a certain size.When the linear density of fiber is 0.36 dtex,the moisture absorption of fiber assembly comes to extremeness.And further fining of fibers is ineffectual for moisture permeability.In the other hand,moisture permeability of PTT fiber assembly was declined along with fining of fibers.
