隔膜法制氢电解槽用新型隔膜的研制及其应用

摘要: 介绍隔膜法制氢电解槽用隔膜,通过实验选取聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维和ES纤维2种纤维。采用针刺和热轧非织造技术,研制了2种新型隔膜:PPS纤维隔膜和ES纤维隔膜。测试其常规性能,并将它们与石棉隔膜进行电解对比实验。结果表明:在电解液中,石棉隔膜对离子的电阻最大;ES纤维隔膜对离子的电阻最小,但耐温性能较差,不能在高温碱性电解液中使用;PPS隔膜耐温耐腐蚀性能优异,且对离子的电阻要小于石棉隔膜,可以替换石棉隔膜。

Abstract: The diaphragms used in the electrolyser for hydrogen preparation were briefly introduced.PPS and ES fibers were chosen by experiments,two kinds of diaphragms were developed with these fibers by needle punching and thermal calendaring.Their general performances were tested,and electrolyzing tests were carried out with asbestos diaphragm as a comparison.The results showed that in the electrolyte,the diaphragm made of asbestos has maximal ionic resistance,ES diaphragm has minimal,but it can not be used in hot alkali electrolyte for its poor heat-stability.PPS diaphragm can replace asbestos diaphragm for its good temperature-resistant,anti-corrosion and smaller ionic resistance.
