摘要: 为更深入了解和掌握超声波在中性染料羊毛染色中的各项性能,以中性染料兰纳克隆红S-G为例,研究超声波环境下,中性染料羊毛染色的动力学和热力学。结果表明,在超声波处理条件下,染料的溶解度增加,平均粒度下降。超声波染色方法与常规染色方法相比,在相同的温度条件下,采用超声波染色不仅可以缩短染色时间,提高染料的上染百分率,而且可以增大扩散系数,提高染色速率。从效率分析,超声波对染色过程有显著促进作用。

Abstract: In order to understand and control the properties of ultrasonic dyeing of wool with neutral dyes,the kinetics and thermodynamics of ultrasonic dyeing of wool were investigated with Lanacron Red S-G.The results indicated that ultrasonic treatment could increase the solubility and decrease the particle size of dyes.When compared with the conventional dyeing under the same temperature,ultrasonic dyeing can not only shorten dyeing time,increase dye up-taking,but also improve diffusion coefficient and dyeing rate.Analysis of the efficiency show that ultrasound facilitates the dyeing process remarkably.
