摘要: 针对当前过滤介质的选择具有一定盲目性,不利于纤维滤料的设计研究及发展的问题,提出了一种计算机优化选择及设计滤料的方法。首先将滤料复杂的结构简化,采用计算机模拟生成虚拟的过滤介质,通过设定不同的过滤介质结构参数,计算过滤介质的捕集效率和过滤阻力,以便根据不同的粉尘粒径,优化选择和设计合理的过滤介质结构。

Abstract: When selecting filtration medium there esits certain blindness in some cases,which is not benefit for the research and development of fabric filtration medium, so this paper has proposed a method for optimizing the selection and design of fabric filtration medium by computer simulation.It predigests the complex configuration of filtration medium first,and then produces the fictitious filtration medium by computer simulation.By setting different characteristic parameters of fabric filtration medium configuration,the collecting efficiency and pressure drop of filtration medium are computed so that the selection and design of filtration medium can be optimized on the basis of the dust particle diameter which can be collected by the filter medium.
