超声波处理对棉织物污渍去除的影响

摘要: 为了研究超声波处理对棉织物的去污效果,本论文对超声波频率、功率、温度、洗涤剂浓度、处理时间等因素对污渍去除的效果进行了实验研究。研究表明超声波的频率在较低的一定范围内对污渍去除有利,超声波功率在增加到一定程度后对污渍去除的促进作用没有明显提高。处理温度和洗涤剂对预处理效果有明显影响,通常温度越高、洗涤剂浓度越大对污渍去除有利。处理时间延长对污渍去除明显有利。超声波处理对棉织物的机械强度影响不大。

Abstract: For the study of the effect of ultrasonic treatment on the stain removal of the cotton fabric, the treatment factors, such as frequency and power of ultrasound, treatment temperature, detergent concentration and treatment time, were investigated in their effects on the stain removal. The results showed that the frequency of ultrasound is advantage for the stain removal when it is in low limited range, and the power will be no further improvement when it is higher than certain extent. The higher treatment temperature and addition of detergent will benefit the stain removal. Treatment time has significant effect on the stain removal. The treatment of ultrasound has no significant effect on the mechanical damage.
