基于相分离技术超细包覆分散染料分散体的制备

Preparation of Super-fine Disperse Dye Blue Dispersion based on Phase Separation Technique

摘要: 以苯乙烯-马来酸共聚物Poly(St-MA)为壁材,采用相分离技术对分散蓝60进行包覆,然后将其分散制备了超细包覆分散染料水基体系,研究了制备工艺对超细包覆分散染料粒径和粒度分布指数(PDI)的影响。结果表明Poly(St-MA)用量、相分离剂滴加速度、分散染料含量、分散时间等对超细包覆分散染料的粒径和粒度分布有较大的影响,其较佳的制备工艺条件:Poly(St-MA)用量与分散染料质量比为1:5,相分离剂的滴加速度为7mL/min,分散染料含量为10%,分散时间为1.5h。傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和包覆前后分散染料润湿性变化表明分散染料表面包覆了Poly(St-MA),粒径测试结果表明相分离技术制备的超细包覆分散染料的粒径较小,粒度分布窄。测试超细包覆分散染料的Zeta电位发现其具有较高的Zeta电位。

Abstract: Capsulated super-fine disperse dye blue 60 was prepared by phase separation method with Poly(St-MA) as wall material. The effects of preparation conditions on particle size and size distribution were investigated. The results illustrated that amount of Poly(St-MA), amount of disperse dye, dropping speed of phase separation agent and dispersing time had great influence on the size of prepared disperse dye. The optimal prepared condition was that the ratio of Poly(St-MA) and disperse dye was 1:5, dropping speed of phase separation agent was 7mL/min, dispersing time of 1.5h. FTIR and wettability of disperse dye before and after encapsulation showed that the Poly(St-MA) was encapsulated on the surface of disperse dye. DLS showed the prepared disperse dye was with small particle size, narrow size distribution.
