棉纤维气流仪理论方程及其修正

The theoretic equation of airflow through plug of cotton fiber and some related problems

摘要: 本文对气流仪测定棉纤维成熟度等指标的理论方程进行分析,发现利用双压缩气流仪测试棉纤维的成熟度和线密度存在着不合理性,并从理论上对气流仪的理论方程进行修正。结果表明气流仪理论方程中含有至少三个自变量,即棉纤维线密度、棉纤维成熟度比和棉纤维中段复圆平均外直径。而且,棉纤维的品种也会影响其测试结果。

Abstract: In this paper, the theoretic equations of the maturity ratio and other indexes of cotton fiber measured by airflow instrument were analyzed and it is found that the measurement of the maturity and linear density of cotton fiber by two-compressed airflow instrument is unreasonable. Furthermore, we theoretically modified the theoretic equation of airflow instrument. The results indicate that there are at least three independent variables in the theoretic equation of airflow instrument, including linear density, maturity ratio and mean outer equivalent diameter in the middle part of cotton fiber. In addition, the variety of cotton fiber can also affect the testing results of airflow instrument.
