摘要: 针对工业用网络结构复杂、成本高,不适合小规模企业或车间推广使用的状况,分析全自动手套机实用型网络通信系统的基本功能需求,介绍基于RS-485串行总线的手套机网络化编织生产车间的整个系统架构。采用先进的可编程片上系统(PSoC)和嵌入式设计理念实现了手套机电气控制系统。设计了网络通信系统的硬件接口电路以及相应的通信协议,给出通信数据帧内部的具体结构及通信传输机制。探讨网络通信系统工作过程中的可靠性问题,并提出保证可靠通信的技术方案。最后简要介绍上位机监控管理软件的功能要求及相应的软件界面。

Abstract: Because the general industrial communication network structure is complex and expensive,the system mode is improper widely used in the small-scale enterprise and workshop.This paper analyzes the basic function demands of the practical network communication system for automatic glove knitting machine,introduces the whole system construction of the glove knitting workshop based on the RS-485 serial bus.The electrical control system is implemented using the advanced PSoC(programmable system on chip) and the embedded design thoughts.The hardware interface and the protocol of the communication system are designed.The format of the inner data frame and the mode of communication transmission are represented.The network communication system reliability is discussed and the technical resolving schemes are put forward.Finally,the software function and the corresponding man-machine interface of the host computer software management system are simply introduced.
