改性VAm类合成浆料的研究

摘要: 为了提高VAm浆料的使用性能,在VAm二元共聚浆料的基础上,以添加第3单体与醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)及丙烯酰胺(AM)进行共聚的方式,对VAm共聚浆料进行改性。分别研究丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)及丙烯腈(AN)3种单体所形成的结构单元对VAm浆料的改性效果,考察这3种结构单元对VAm浆料性能的影响。结果表明:以添加第3单体的方式可以对VAm浆料取得明显的改性效果;引入AA结构单元增强了VAm浆料对棉纤维的黏附性;MA结构单元能够改善VAm浆料对涤纶纤维的黏附性;AN结构单元则能同时提高VAm浆料对涤纶和棉纤维的黏附强度;在VAm浆料分子中引入AN结构单元更有利于提高它的使用性能。

Abstract: The VAm size was modified through adding the third monomers that were copolymerized with vinyl acetate-acryamide(VAc-AM) binary system.The monomers evaluated included acrylic acid(AA),methyl acrylate(MA) and acrylonitrile(AN).The influences of the structural units formed by above monomers on the performance of the VAm size was investigated in terms of the viscosity,adhesion-to-fibers,and film behaviors of the sizes.The result demonstrates that the significant improvement of the performance of the VAm size has been achieved by adding the third monomers.The adhesion of the VAm size to cotton fibers is strengthened by introducing AA units;the adhesion to polyester fibers is enhanced through incorporating MA units;and the adhesion to both polyester and cotton fibers is increased by means of introducing AN units.Incorporation of AN units into the VAm size is more beneficial to raising the working performance of the size.
