摘要: 为解决无机纳米材料在高聚物中的分散问题,通过原位聚合的方法合成出一种聚酯纳米复合材料。首先利用碳酸铵与硫酸锌制备功能粒子氧化锌的前驱体碱式碳酸锌,随后加入氢氧化钡的乙二醇溶液,在均相多反应体系中生成一种复合纳米材料的悬浮液,不经分离直接加入到聚酯聚合反应体系中,在缩聚温度为285℃左右时,碱式碳酸锌分解,生成纳米氧化锌、二氧化碳和水,实现无机微粒子与有机基体的原位复合,并对其制备工艺参数和热性能进行确定。透射电镜照片显示所制抗菌聚酯切片中的氧化锌粒径小,分布均匀。

Abstract: To resolve the dispersant of nanometer material in polymer matrix,this article provided a method to prepare polyester nanocomposites by in-situ polymerization.The nano-scale zinc carbonate hydroxide was prepared with ammonium carbonate and zinc sulfate,and then the glycol solution of barium hydroxide was added to this reaction system to obtain a multiple nanometer compounds suspension,which was added to the polymeric reaction kettle directly without separation.Decomposed at the reaction temperature,CO2and H2O were emitted so that to avoid the secondary aggregation of particles,the reaction in situ was carried out,thus got the modified polyester chips.The technical parameter and thermal property were determined respectively.The TEM image showed that the inorganic nano-particles were dispersed equably in the matrix.
