摘要: 针对甲壳素脱乙酰化的反应特点,对脱乙酰化工艺进行研究,研究不同反应温度和不同NaOH浓度下甲壳素脱乙酰化反应的动力学行为,从脱乙酰化反应的整体反应模型理论出发,探讨脱乙酰化反应的双分子亲核取代反应机制,并成功运用双分子亲核取代反应机制和整体反应模型理论,得到黏度为647 cPa.s、脱乙酰度为68%的壳聚糖产品。

Abstract: The reaction dynamics of deacetylation of chitin at different temperatures and NaOH concentrations were studied.Based on the theoretical overall reaction model of deacetylation process,a mechanism of SN2was proposed and successfully applied to preparation of chitosan with a viscosity of 647 cPa.s and degree of deacetylation of 68%.
