B样条曲面技术构建单纱模型的改进

摘要: 在用B样条曲面构造具有不同截面的纱线三维模型基础上,对各个截面加上若干个随机凹凸扰动,并将各个截面的凹凸扰动点沿边缘按照"凸起扰动点对应下一个凸起扰动点,凹下扰动点对应下一个凹下扰动点,循环移位"的方式一一对应,构成纱线的B样条曲面网格,使得任意截面的纱线表面都可以产生很好的捻度效应并保持纱线轮廓基本不变。对于截面边缘的凹凸进行消峰或填平,使得纱线具有纤维内外转移的效果。用更细小的B样条曲面能模拟出纱线的毛羽,其长短、走向可通过设计控制点的位置加以控制。

Abstract: A new method to imitate a 3-D photorealistic single yarn is presented.Various cross-sections can be designed by quadratic B-spline curve,and with random turbulence,the realistic twist effect for the single yarn is achieved.The B-spline surface is constructed according to the principle that a peak point is corresponding to its next peak and a trough is corresponding to its next trough,which can keep the contour of the yarn almost unchanged.The hairiness can also be inserted by deliberately arranging the control points of the B-spline surface.
