摘要: 利用自制的预氧化针刺毡和自制的设备,采用一步法蒸汽碳化活化工艺来生产活性炭纤维针刺毡。影响活性炭纤维针刺毡的产出率和对碘吸附能力的因素主要有4个:活化温度、活化时间、蒸汽流速、升温速率,用正交试验得出了一步法蒸汽碳化活化生产的最佳工艺参数,最后用单因素实验进一步揭示这4因素对实验结果的影响。

Abstract: The pre-oxidized nonwoven was carbonized and activated in the steam with one step method.The experiment was carried out with experimental apparatus made in the laboratory.There are four factors that influence the iodine adsorption capacity and yield of the produced activated carbon fiber(ACF) needle felt,they are activation temperature,activation time,steam flow rate,and the raising rate of temperature.The optimum technology of the one step steam carbonization-activation experiment was obtained with orthogonal experiment.The influences of the four factors on the results were revealed with single factor experiment.
