摘要: 在绝大多数拨叉导丝机构中,拨叉的往复移动均由圆柱凸轮(又称槽筒)的导丝沟槽驱动。槽筒的导丝沟槽廓线的设计是槽筒设计的核心。提出了这类导丝机构中圆柱凸轮沟槽廓线设计的新方法:从工艺要求出发进行机构的综合设计。推导出了设计槽筒的通用公式,通过实例讨论了有关参数选取方法。该设计方法可为其它纺织机械凸轮设计提供借鉴。

Abstract: As far as the rotary blade-based thread guide mechanism is concerned. Most of the rotary blades′ back and forth movement is driven by grooved drum when they are used for making threads.To design the trench curved surface of the grooved drum is the key to the design of grooved drum.A new design method of trench curved surface of grooved drum is proposed: synthetic design can be obtained according to textile technology.Several design formulas of the grooved drum are deduced.In addition,the method of selecting design parameters is given in the light of illustrative examples.This design method may be used for reference.
