摘要: 对工业平缝机回缝线迹的产生原理进行分析,提出回缝线迹整齐与否的关键技术是对倒缝继电器的控制。根据缝纫机控制器的特点,分析2种方法控制倒缝继电器的原理。以缝纫机的一个针位信号为基准,第1种方法采用延时一段时间的技术来控制倒缝继电器,第2种方法采用控制电机转过一定角度的方法来控制倒缝继电器。详细分析2种方法的优缺点,并进行实验验证。结果表明:采用第2种方法控制倒缝继电器,能够得到比较整齐美观的回缝线迹。

Abstract: The principle of tacking stitching of lockstitch sewing machine was analyzed,pointing out that whether the tacking stitching is in good order or not lies in how to control the tacking relay.Based on the characteristic of the lockstitch sewing machine,there are two method can be used.Both of them begin from one of needle signals of the sewing machine.The first one is that when the needle signal arrives,a delay subroutine will be called and then the tacking relay act at once.The second one is that when the needle signal arrives,a position pulse count subroutine will be called and then the tacking relay act at once too.The experimental results are presented in the end,which indicate that the tacking stitching is much orderly when the second method was used.
