碱性果胶酶精练棉针织物表面红外光谱分析

摘要: 为便于研究碱性果胶酶在棉织物精练中的效果,对傅里叶红外衰减全反射光谱(FT-IR ATR)评价棉针织物精练效果的可行性做论证。试验结果表明,采用盐酸蒸汽处理后的棉针织物可以采用FT-IR ATR评价其精练效果。利用FT-IR ATR法对比分析了碱精练和碱性果胶酶精练效果。图谱分析结果表明,棉针织物采用碱性果胶酶精练取得良好的精练效果,与碱精练效果接近。FT-IR ATR法为棉针织物碱性果胶酶精练研究提供了一种新型的可行方法。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of alkaline pectinase scouring of cotton knitted fabric easily, the paper has demonstrated the practicability of analysis of the scouring effect of cotton knitted fabric with alkaline pectinase by FT-IR attenuated total reflectance spectroscopy (FT-IR ATR). Tests show that cotton knitted fabric treated by hydrochloric acid vapor can be assessed by FT-IR ATR spectroscopy for the effect of scouring. Finally, this paper compared the effect of alkali scouring with that of alkaline pectinase scouring. FT-IR ATR spectra shows that good effect of scouring of cotton knitted fabric is achieved with alkaline pectinase, which is close to that of alkali scouring. The paper provides a new way to assess the effect of alkaline pectinase scouring of cotton knitted fabric.
