拉伸力法测试织物柔软性

摘要: 通过拉伸力法对薄型织物进行拉伸力的特征值测试,探讨拉伸力测试织物柔软性的可行性。确定拉伸力测试的最佳参数之后,将拉伸力测试指标与KES、FAST系统及斜面法测试进行比较,利用SPSS统计软件进行分析,发现拉伸力测试结果与KES系统、FAST系统、LLY-01B型织物硬挺度仪测试结果表现出较好的一致性,拉伸力特征值较好地反映了织物的厚度、面密度、弯曲刚度、剪切性能和表面性能等织物结构和力学性能。最后建立拉伸力测试指标与各力学指标的回归方程。

Abstract: This paper investigates the feasibility of determining fabric softness by testing its tensile strength.Having got the optimal parameters of tensile strength testing,the indexes of the test result are compared with those of KES,FAST and fabric hardness testing machine LLY-01B analysis is carried out using SPSS software.The result reveals that they are in good agreement.The tensile strength testing method better reflects the surface and mechanical properties of the fabric such as thickness,face density,bending rigidity,and shear.Finally,a regress equation of tensile strength testing indexes and mechanical properties of the fabric is derived.
