元明粉质量浓度与电导率曲线模型分析

摘要: 为了实现对染料残液的再利用,首先通过正交试验法确定影响电导率的最主要因素为元明粉的质量浓度,其次对试验数据进行最小二乘的曲线拟合,建立元明粉质量浓度与电导率的曲线模型,并采用Fibonacci优化法对已得到的曲线模型进行优化,最终实现对废液中元明粉残存量较精确的估算。

Abstract: For the purpose of reuse of dye waste water,a new method is introduced in this paper,in which first use orthogonal experiments to confirm that the main factor influencing the conductivity of dye waste water is the concentration of sodium sulfate.And then,a model of sodium sulfate concentration-conductivity is developed based on the least-square curve fitting of the experiment data,and Fibonacci optimum selection algorithm is used to optimize the obtained model.Finally,the residual quantity of sodium sulfate in the dye waste water can be estimated more accurately by this new method.
