无皂黏合剂乳液的合成及其在静电植绒中的应用

摘要: 为克服传统乳液聚合中游离乳化剂的存在影响黏合剂粘着力等缺点,采用可聚合乳化剂——马来酸酐脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚单酯化物合成了无皂丙烯酸酯黏合剂乳液,优化了无皂黏合剂乳液的聚合工艺,采用FT-IR、激光粒度仪、TEM和DSC对乳液进行了表征。结果表明:乳液粒子粒径分布均匀,乳液耐电解质性能较好,乳液膜耐水性有所改善。将该乳液用于静电植绒,分析植绒工艺因素与植绒牢度等关系,结果表明,无皂黏合剂的粘着性能良好,植绒织物的植绒牢度达到2000次以上,符合植绒服装面料的牢度要求。

Abstract: The presence of some free surfactants in the adhesive prepares by traditional emulsion polymerization will affect the bonding force of the adhesive. To overcome this shortcoming, soap-free acrylate adhesive was synthesized with polymerizable surfactants of sodium monoalkylpolyoxyethylene maleates. The polymerization process of the soap-free adhesive emulsion was optimized,and the product was characterized by FT-IR, particle size analyzer, TEM and DSC. The results indicated that the resulting adhesive emulsion has uniform distribution of particle size, good electrolyte resistance, and enhanced water repellency of the emulsion film. The emulsion was applied to static flocking, and the relationship between technological factors and flocking fastness was studied. It showed that the soap-free adhesive had good bonding force and the flocking fabric with this adhesive emulsion had good rubbing fastness(over 2000 times), meeting the requirements of flocking fabric for garments.
