摘要: 介绍以DSP芯片TMS320LF2407为核心的高速剑杆织机控制系统的设计。简述目前一些先进高速剑杆织机控制系统的特点以及DSP芯片TMS320LF2407的结构特点。给出控制系统的硬件电路设计方案和软件实现策略。系统充分利用DSP运算能力强、速度快、性价比高的特点 ,提高了织机控制系统的灵活性 ,系统运行状态良好。

Abstract: The design of the high speed rapier loom con trol system based on TMS320LF2402 chip was described.Current advanced high speed rapier looms' control system's characteristic was described,and the har d ware architecture of DSP chip TMS320LF2407 was introduced.The control s y stem's hardware and software design was brought up and discussed.The system mak es use of the DSP's strong operation ability,high speed and good c/p ratio.It increase s the system's sensitivity,and the system operates well.
